feelgood provides biomarker testing services, educational interpretation of your results, and coordination of sample collection through our lab partners (including Labcorp and Marek Health).

You acknowledge that:
- Our Services are not for medical emergencies. If you believe you are experiencing an emergency, call 911 or seek immediate medical attention.
- Our Services provide general educational information about biomarker results. We are not your doctor. Lab results should be interpreted by a licensed healthcare provider.
- Use of our Services includes completion of intake, sample collection at a partner lab, and review of results through your feelgood dashboard.

3. Eligibility & Registration

You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old, able to form a binding contract, and will provide true, accurate, current and complete information when registering and update your account information promptly.

4. Use of the Service

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations (including but not limited to laws governing clinical laboratory testing and patient privacy). You agree not to: provide false or misleading information; impersonate any person; misrepresent your affiliation; or violate any applicable law or regulation.

5. Medical Information Disclaimer

The clinical laboratory testing offered through the Website is performed by our lab partners (including Labcorp and Marek Health). Educational interpretation of your results is provided by feelgood and does not constitute medical advice. Any decisions about your care should be made with a licensed healthcare provider who can evaluate your full clinical context.

feelgood and its partners do not guarantee any specific outcome or result from the use of Services or lab testing. All services are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis, subject to applicable law.

6. Payment, Subscriptions & Billing

You agree to pay all fees for Services at the rates published at the time of purchase or subscription. Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions automatically renew until canceled according to our cancellation policy. You authorize us (or our payment processor) to charge your chosen payment method for such fees. If we do not receive payment, we may suspend or terminate your access to the Services.

7. Cancellation & Refunds

Your rights to cancel or obtain refunds are governed by our separate Refund & Cancellation Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.
